  • 15% non-refundable reservation fee to be paid by the investors, within 5 working days following execution of reservation, payable to Spartacus Projects S.L. Client Account. On exercising the right to purchase, the reservation fee will be taken off the original purchase price
  • Spartacus Projects S.L. recommends for the balance to be paid in full.  The funds are held in an Escrow account with Routledge Modise Attorneys until the property is completed finished and the client recieves the Freehold Title Deed.
  • The Escrow account currently pays interest at 11.05% p.a.
  • The interest will more than cover the legal costs and first year levies.
  • There is an installment plan available, details are as follows:
  • 20% deposit payable to Routledge Modise Attorney’s ESCROW Account within 30 days of a signed Sales Agreement
  • 30% further payment to Routledge Modise Attorney’s ESCROW Account within 60 days of the signed Sales Agreement
  • 30% further payment to Routledge Modise Attorney’s ESCROW Account within 120 working days of the signed Sales Agreement
  • 20% final payment, including full VAT due on the purchase price, payable to Routledge Modise Attorney’s ESCROW Account, within 180 days of the signed Sales Agreement
